Senior Director, Research and Evaluation
Andrew F. Wall, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester. In the Warner School he teaches courses related to higher education, student affairs, and education research. Dr. Wall took his doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in higher education policy and coursework specialization in evaluation methods. In his dissertation, he developed and conducted an innovative evaluation of an online health curriculum.
Dr. Wall’s scholarly and research interests center on the uses of quantitative and qualitative data to inform policy in higher education. His recent publications concern issues of educational finance, application of evaluation methods, and health in higher education. As Senior Director, Research and Evaluation for Keeling & Associates he leads the company's advanced work in higher education policy, evaluation, and finance.
